秉承為“三農”（農業、農村、農民）服務的一貫宗旨，以全國供銷合作社網絡為依托，以推動農業科技水平和生產效率的提升，促進農業生產、加工、流通向標準化、規?；?、產業化發展為基本任務，其目的是搭建連接農科技供求雙方橋梁和紐帶，助力科教興國、科技興農、科技扶貧、鄉村振興戰略。
